Ingredients
0.5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 10 grams Raisins 0.06 cup Tru-Nut Peanut Protein Flour .06 serving Orgain protein 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds .5 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 2 serving Brazil Nut (1 nut) 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated
Directions
Place oats and 2 cups of filtered water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile add rest of ingredients, except banana and milk to a serving bowl and mix. When oatmeal finished cooking add to bowl, and top with bananas and almond milk.
