Ingredients
2 tbsp Newman's Own Lighten Up Light Red Wine Vinegar & Olive Oil Dressing, 2 tbsp .125 serving Himalayan Pink Sea Salt serving size 1 tsp (6 g) (by RURABE) 1 dash Pepper, black 0.125 tsp Garlic Salt, Lawry's coarse ground with parsley (by SISTERDOE) 0.25 cup Onion, Yellow/White, Fresh, Finely Chopped1 gram(s) LECITHIN
Directions
Start with red wine vinegar and olive oil dressing (substitute with 1 Tbsp extra virgin oil and 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar, if desired). Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, parsley, and lecithin. Taste test. Toss into salad so as to cover every leaf.
