Tuna and Black Bean Tortilla Filling

Ingredients
1/2 cup canned sweet corn, rinsed 1-15 oz can of low/reduced sodium black beans, rinsed1-5 oz can of chunk light tuna (in water, not oil), drained1/2 cup of medium or hot chunky salsa 1 whole roasted Hatch green chile, diced (or a small can of green chiles) 1/8 of a medium onion, finely diced 2 Tbsp of fresh cilantro, finely diced
Directions
After dicing and draining, mix all ingredients thoroughly. If you like you food a bit spicier (this is actually fairly mild) add lime, hot sauce of choice or onion greens while mixing.
Makes 6 1/2 cup servings...perfect for a taco shell or a small tortilla.
