1.5 1tsp Olive Oil .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp chopped Scallions, raw .5 tbsp McKays Chicken Seasoning (by HOOK7890) .0125 tsp Spices, Turmeric .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Onion powder .25 tsp Garlic powder 2 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) .25 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes 1 block Tofu, firm , 12 oz packed in water
Rinse tofu in a colander and drain and pat dry. In a large skillet saute the onions,scallions, mushrooms, and chopped peppers (and Boca crumbles if using), until soft. Crumble the tofu into skillet with onions and other ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook about 5 to 10 minutes until heated through. The dish will turn a golden yellow from the tumeric.
