2 cup Carbquik flour (by MOOKIELOO6) 4 tbsp Butter, salted 4 oz Breakstone's 2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 3 tsp Baking Powder
add carbquik flour, butter, and baking powder to food processor, pulse until combined, then add cottage cheese, whipping cream, pulse until a ball of dough forms. turn out onto a lightly floured (with carbquik) surface, then break into 6 roughly equal pieces. Roll into balls then lightly flatten to make biscuit shape. (Don't roll these out - patting them into shape makes sure they rise nicely). Bake in the oven at 450 for 10 - 12 minutes, or bake in an airfryer at 390 for about 6 minutes.
