Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2-1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch 3 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Mix together 2c water and bouillon, bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch and 1/4c water until dissolved, then add to boiling broth. Beat egg. When soup thickens gently pour in egg through a fork, using a wide circular motion. Stir. Clean and slice green onion, add to soup after removing from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes, then serve.
