6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving) .4 cup Silk cashew milk unsweetened 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 8 oz Pork, fresh, leg (ham), shank half, separable lean only, cooked, roasted .75 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded .25 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked
Pre-heat oven to 350
Chop and pre cook any vegetables

In large bowl, add liquid dairy and eggs
Using a hand egg beater whisk eggs and dairy until frothy
Add cooled vegetables, meat and cheese, stir to combine
