Air Fryer Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
3 large Potato, raw 1/2 cup Milk, 2%, 1/2 cup Half and Half Cream 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tsp Garlic - minced 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1/2 tsp Pepper, black 1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1. Peel and slice potatoes into 1/2” slices
2. In large bowl mix milk, cream Parmesan cheese, garlic, nutmeg, salt, pepper & potatoes. Toss well to coat potatoes.
3. Pour into a greased pan.
4. Set in the air fryer, set temp to 330 F for 20 minutes. Then put cheese on potatoes and set time for 3 minutes.

5. Serve and enjoy
