Ingredients
16.0 oz Ground beef, lean1.75 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added1.75 cup Beans, red kidney1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)4.0 cup, chopped Kale
Directions
Soften onion then brown meat, add chili spice, then red pepper. Simmer. Add a dash of water then add kale by the handful and simmer until wilted.
