Peanut butter Chocolate No Bake Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups Xylosweet1/2 cup Butter, salted 1/2 cup 2% Milk 1/3 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 2/3 cup *Jif Extra Crunchy peanut butter 3 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup Peanuts, dry-roasted
Directions
Place a piece of wax paper or foil on cookie sheets. Combine Xylosweet, butter, milk, and cocoa in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Boil for about 1 to 2 minutes then remove from heat; cool 1 minute. Add peanut butter; stir to blend. Add oats, peanuts, and vanilla; stir to mix well. Quickly drop mixture by heaping teaspoons onto wax paper or foil. Cool completely. Store in cool, dry place.

Serving Size: Makes approx 30 heaping spoonfuls

    I adjusted the recipe. Still learning to use the site. Either 1 cup xylitol and 1 cup sugar, or 2 cups xylitol.
