Lemon Water (detoxing)

Ingredients
32 fl oz Water (cold or warm, whichever you prefer)1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
Directions
1- Slice the lemon in half.
2- Squeeze the juice from the lemon (hand juicer), be sure no seeds are in the juice.
3- Add the fresh squeezed juice to the water.
4- Drink through a straw, because the acid in lemons that may cause tooth erosion.
