Ingredients
0.75 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream12.0 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat0.5 cup Butter, unsalted1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground28.0 gram(s) Jello sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix (not prepared)2.0 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)24.0 gram Stevia in the Raw8.0 tbsp Bake Believe Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Toast almond flour. Mix with stevia, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into a baking dish and bake for 20-23 minutes at 350. Use evaporated milk and .25cup of heavy cream to make pudding. Spread on top of cooled crust. Make a ganache with the remainder of the cream and chips. Spread on top and allow to cool. Store in the refrigerator. Serving Size: 1/8 of the finished dessert
