3.0 oz Feta Cheese1.0 dash Pepper, black0.25 tsp Salt1.5 fl oz Lemon Juice4.0 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)0.25 cup Yogurt, Greek gods traditional plain Greek yogurt1.0 tsp Lemon zest0.25 cup mint leaves
Directions
Blend or process in a food processor: lemon juice and zest of that lemon, feta and Greek yogurt Coat cucumbers in yogurt sauce and mint leaves and black pepper Chill for an hour or overnight Enjoy! Serving Size: Toss cucumbers with salt
