Ingredients
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 tsp Paprika 32 tbsp Daisy Brand - Sour Cream Pure & Natural 0.25 cup Tomato Paste 2 tsp Dill weed, dried 2 tbsp Basil 1 clove Garlic 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Peel and cut Zucchini in a bowl add zucchini olive oil salt pepper mix well add zucchini mix to a baking sheet and roast in oven for 20 mins then in a sauce pan add remaining ingredients stir and Simmer till heated well turn off heat and add roasted zucchini garnish with herbs if desired and serve immediately Serving Size: Makes 8 -1 cup servings
