Veggie Soup

Ingredients
400 grams Potato, raw 100 grams Carrots, raw 3.3 oz Broccoli Cole Slaw fresh mix 300 grams Mushrooms, fresh 2 sheets Seaweed, laver 1.75 cup Canned Tomatoes 100 grams Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 156 grams Onions, raw 50 grams Spinach, fresh 1 cup Green Giant Spring Mix Salad
Directions
Put all ingredients in a soup pot with eight to ten cups of water and one teaspoon of dry veggie broth base. Add spices (2 bay leaves, teaspoon each of rosemary, thyme, tarragon, oregano, no salt seasoning. Add teaspoon of minced garlic. Bring to boil, then simmer for 20-30 minutes.
