2.0 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen2.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream8.0 clove Garlic6.0 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese6.0 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth0.5 tsp xanthum gum
Saute garlic, bring liquids and broccoli to a boil and lower to a simmer for about 20 min. (until broccoli is tender), take off heat and add cheese, slowly. Add 1/2 tsp. xanthum gum to water and add to soup to thicken.
