Ingredients
1 can (2.28 cup) Pinto Beans, drained2 tbsp water3 tbsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain1.0 tbsp Maple Syrup1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Onion powder2.0 tsp Poultry seasoning2 tsp Low Sodium Soy SaucePepper to taste
Directions
Add pinto beans and water to a food processor and pulse to form a paste. Add all other ingredients and mix until combined. Form into 6 patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the oven at 450�F for 16 minutes.
