4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.75 cup Cottage Cheese (Kroger Fat Free) 1 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese 1 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 3 fl oz Half and Half Cream 3 serving (M) Bacon (Morning Star) (2 strips)
Combine ingredients in blender. Fill silicon e molds. Pressure cook 8 min. Slow release 10 min.
