1.5 cup, mashed Zucchini 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted 2 tbsp Cream Cheese .5 tsp Turmeric, ground 0.10 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salts .10 tbsp Lemon Peel
Remove tips,was 2 small zucchini,steam till soft,ususally 5 min,remove to bowl. To cool. Set them in a strainer to weep out excess fluid for about an hour. Put in a mixer bowl. And beat well till purée texture. Heat in separate bowl butter,and creme cheese,salt,turmeric heat 10-15 seconds till soft. Add to zucchini in mixer. Whip up again,adjust spices return to microwave bowl.heat till warm,not hot.add lemon zest and pepper
