5 tbsp Olive Oil 0.50 cup, sections Oranges 3 bulb Fennel 2 serving 1 Tbs. chpped fresh mint 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 3 serving Mezzetta Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives (4 olives in a serving) 3 tsp orange zest 4 cup Arugula
Directions
Chop ingredients to your liking
Mix olive oil and lemon juice
Toss everything together
