Mom's Cheese Dip

Ingredients
1 large block of Velveeta Cheese (Original) = 32 servings1 can Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw (most of the time I use more)1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp Chicken bouillon 2 tbsp Water, tap
Directions
1. Cut cheese into small cubes and add Rotel to crock pot / large pan.
2. Saute onions and butter then added to large pan.
3. Combine the chicken bouillon and water. Melt 2 minutes for a cube of bouillon or less. Add to pan.
4. Stir until ready.
5. Stir every 10 minutes after serving.
