Ingredients
1 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 1 tbsp Cream Cheese 3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .17 cup Nulaid rediegg egg product (by RECYCLER) 1 tsp Baking Powder Note the egg substitute should be measured to half of egg=1/8 c
Directions
Measure out flour,baking powder mix well in bowl.
In micro wave bowl put cheese and creme cheese heat in 30 second intervals till melted
Stir in flour mixture and add egg till we’ll incorporated,then knead manually or in mixer till well incorporated.
Roll out on parchment paper or use press.
This recipient is for empanadas baked for10-15 min @ 400 degrees
