Spinach Salad with Granny Smith Apples and Bacon bits

Ingredients
1 bag fresh baby spinach1 large granny smith apple2 Tbsp. Hormel 50% less fat Real Bacon Pieces Dressing:1/2 c. apple cider vinegar1 tsp. dijon mustard
Directions
Put spinach into a bowl. Slice apple into thin slices and add to spinach. Add bacon pieces to salad and toss all ingredients together. In a microwave safe bowl, cook vinegar on high for 45 seconds. Add tsp. of dijon mustard and whisk together (I add some fresh ground pepper to taste). Add desired amount of dressing to salad and enjoy!
