2 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat) Bacon, pork, microwaved 3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 12 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 cup Molasses 72 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 12 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 6 cup Apple Junction Sweet Apple Cider 60 serving KC BBQ Sauce 26 cup Goya Low Sodium Pinto Beans
1. Wash/dice onions and peppers. Sautee large pot until soft.
2. Drain and rinse beans. Combine with other ingredients in large pot over low heat.
3. Once well-mixed, pour into baking pan. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes, serve warm.
