1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.25 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style 22.4 oz Pork Lion Boneless Center Cut Chops
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
lightly coat chops with flour
dredge in egg
coat in bread crumbs
put in oven until done

Serving Size: Makes 3 boneless chops approx. 7oz each
