Honey Glazed Teriyaki Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
6 chicken thighs20 oz fresh/frozen pineapple1 Tbsp pineapple juice3 Tbsp honey1 1/2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
Directions
1.) Preheat oven to 375. Trim fat from chicken and place in baking dish & layer pineapple on chicken.
2.) Whisk juice, honey & soy sauce together & baste chicken with it
3) Bake 375 degrees for 25 min or internal temp is 165 degrees

    I was really disappointed in this and probably won't make it again. The chicken didn't get brown, and there was way too much juice from the pineapple. It was pretty bland. It needed some help from salt & pepper and garlic. - 1/6/11

    I'm not big on chicken thighs, but my husband really likes them, so I am always looking for ways to use them. I really liked the sauce for this. We like our teriyaki sauce garlicky, so I added about 3 fat cloves (chopped) and it made the sauce delicious. - 6/17/09
