Roasted Acorn Squash

Ingredients
4 squash (4 inch dia) Squash, winter, acorn, raw 2 pat Butter, melted1 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Cut Squash in half clean out seeds
place on cookie sheet
brush melted butter in the flesh of the squash
generously sprinkle with salt and pepper

bake in oven flesh side up for 45 to 60 mins
