Ingredients
1lb lentil beans, 1 medium chopped onion, 4 oz 93% lean ground beef, 1 box chicken stock, 2 tbsp basil, 2tbsp black pepper, 2 tbsp thyme, 1 large canned whole peeled tomatoes, 3 tbsp balsamic vinager.One can add fresh, canned or frozen veggies as available.
Directions
Cook on medium high heat for 4 hours or until done.
