8 large Egg white, fresh 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 91 grams Gruyere Cheese 56 grams Low fat cream cheese 4 serving bacon, Farmland, Hickory Smoked Natural, 2 pan fried slices 3 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach
Combine egg, egg white, gruyere, and cream cheese in blender. Pulse until smooth. Chop spinach and cooked bacon, distribute evenly amongst 10 4oz jars. Cook in Sous Vide bath at 172 degrees F for 1 hour. Chill in ice bath.
to serve: microwave for 30 second, and if desired broil until golden brown.
