1.0 tbsp Olive Oil3.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw2.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked0.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper24.0 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock1.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
Saute vegetables, add chicken and chicken stock as well as seasoning. Boil for 15 minutes then add rice for time stated on bag.
