Ingredients
8.0 plum tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw3.0 cup Cucumbers and Vinegar5.3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap9.0 tsp Granulated Sugar1.0 tbsp Salt2.0 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Put veggies in bowl. Mix oil, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl and mix with veggies. Cover and marinate in fridge for about 2 hours.
