.5 cup Flour, whole grain .25 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) .5 serving Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp) .25 cup Oat meal - Quaker quick 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground .25 tsp Ginger, ground 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Carrots - grated per cp (by BECKAFANO) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .13 cup MIlk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .13 cup Honey .13 cup Canola Oil .5 cup, chopped Walnuts
Mix dry ingredients, Mix wet ingredients, stir together just until flour is wet. Do not over mix. Oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
