Ingredients
1.0 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk1.0 serving Chobani 2% Plain Greek Yogurt (6 oz)8.0 tbsp Low fat cream cheese1.0 serving Great Lakes Unflavored Beef Gelatin KOSHER 1 Tbsp, 12g3.0 tsp Truvia Baker Bag Cane Sugar Blend - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g)200.0 Grams Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
Directions
In a sauce pan mix blueberries, gelatin, and 3 tablespoon of water. Cook until hot. In a bowl,mix the rest of the ingredients and add the blueberries. Mix with a hand blender until smooth Poor in desert bols. Refrigerate.
