32.0 oz Purdue''s ground chicken1.0 cup chefs cupboard bread crumbs- Italian style6.0 tbsp Best of the Egg Whites 100% egg whites (1 egg)1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)20.0 tbsp franks redhot wing sauce17.0 tbsp G Hughes sugar free bbq sauce2tsp garlic powder2tsp onion powder.5tsp salt.5tsp pepper
Preheat oven at 400°
Mix chicken, bread crumbs, egg whites, onions, and seasonings together and form balls. Sear in a pan for 3-4 minutes. Then bake for 10 minutes. I separated half and half into two pans half with buffalo sauce and half with bbq sauce and cooked for around 20 minutes.
