chicken broth (1 cup)soy sauce (1 tsp)fresh mushrooms (1/2 cup sliced)fresh chivesgreen onion (1tbsp)
Directions
boil chicken broth
add onions mushrooms chives and soy sauce and then let soup simmer for 5 minutes

serve hot

    this soup is usually made with miso(fish) broth which can be hard to find so chicken is a good substitute. nice job. - 8/4/09
