1 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med chopped small0.125 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) (2 T chopped)1 clove Garlic crushed10 grams Cilantro, raw (1 T chopped)2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 dash Salt dash of ground Cumin

Chop and mix. Let sit a little to allow flavors to marry.
