2.0 clove Garlic1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw14.0 oz Smoked sausage3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper200.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw4.0 serving Red PotatoSeasoned salt, cracked black pepper, dried thyme
Parboil potatoes. Heat 2 T olive oil in skillet, add onions, peppers to soften, then add garlic. In another skillet, heat 1 T Oil, add potatoes, and salt, pepper, and thyme to taste (to peppers &onions, too), then add slIced sausage, cook until warmed through. Combine the skillets and heat through.
