Peanut Butter Drop Cookies

Ingredients
1 stick Margarine, softened1/2 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 6 tablespoons Granulated Sugar 6 tablespoons packed Brown Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw , beaten with fork1/2 tsp Baking Soda mixed in few drops hot water1/2 tsp Salt 1 1/4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Cream together the margarine and peanut butter. Stir in the sugars then the egg. Stir in baking soda (that has been dissolved in the water) and salt. Stir in flour.

Drop by heaping teaspoons on prepared baking sheet (I use parchment paper) and bake at 375* for about 12 minutes until starting to brown.
