Easy baked frittata

Ingredients
12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.28 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Salt1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked15.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato0.5 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend112.0 g New York Extra Sharp Cheddar (28g=1oz serving)15.0 g primal kitchen spicy brown mustard1.0 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Scramble eggs together, pour into oiled casserole dish along with chopped cooked broccoli, shredded cheese. Put sliced cheddar on top along with halved cherry tomatoes, cover with foil and bake 20-25 minutes in a 375° oven, then remove foil and bake until top is well puffed up and internal temps reliable above 145°F
