Ingredients
14.0 spear, small (5" long or less) Asparagus, fresh1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw6.0 cup, sliced Zucchini16.0 oz Shrimp, raw2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil14.0 oz *Eckrich Smoked Sausage4.0 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini150.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Directions
Toss everything with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Place in large skillet, medium heat, stirring, coming into veggies are desired tenderness. Salt and pepper to taste. Serving Size: 1/6 of recipe - about 1 1/2 c after veggies cooked down
