Low Fat Hearty Beef Stew

Ingredients
428 grams Beef, round steak (cubed)400 gram Tomatoes, ALDI diced - 400g tin 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup diced Potato, raw 1 cup, cubes Sweet potato 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 6 gram(s) Vegetable Stock Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder (3g=1tsp) 3 grams Garlic 1000 mL Water, tap 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
Directions
Sear beef cubes with garlic. Add celery, carrots and onion and stir through beef for 3 minutes. Add tomato, stock and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat & gently simmer for 1 hour. Add potato and sweet potato and simmer another 30 minutes. Season to taste.
