Broccoli & Turkey Bacon Salad

Ingredients
1 bunch of Broccoli (4 stalks)1 small red onion, thinly sliced12 strips of turkey bacon, crisply fried1/2 cup whole roasted sunflower seeds1/2 cup golden raisinsDRESSING:1 cup fat free mayonnaise1/4 cup splenda2 tbsp vinegar
Directions
Wash and chop up broccoli. Add sliced onion, broken pieces of bacon, sunflower seeds and raisins. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.

TO MAKE AHEAD OF TIME:

Prepare broccoli and place in a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Put pieces of bacon, sunflower seeds and raisins in a ziplock bag and put in the bowl. Put the sliced onion in a ziplock as well and place in the bowl.

Mix together the dressing ingredients and put in a separate container.

When you are ready to serve it, mix everything together and serve.
