Quaker Cheesy Grits

Ingredients
.5 cup Quaker Plain Corn Grits .5 cup Trader Joe's Fancy Shredded Light Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese 1 tbsp Butter, salted 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap Salt to tastePaprika to tasteGarlic Powder to taste
Directions
Bring water to a boil.
Slowly stir in grits.
Return to a boil Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 4-5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Add cheese and garlic powder.
Continue cooking 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted.
Add salt to taste; sprinkle with paprika.
