Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving al fresco country style breakfast chicken sausage .25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) .5 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 serving Velvetta Cheese Slice 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Chop sausage, pepper, and tomato. Cook in olive oil in 8" oven safe skillet. Once soft and browned add in beaten egg. Top with cheese the put in toaster oven
