2.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh1.0 cup Herb, Parsley, Fresh2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.5 cup Semolina Flour Bob's Red Mill (1/4 cup=serving)1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 tsp salt (to taste) 1/4 tsp paper (to taste)
Finely chop onions, cabbage, parsley, and garlic. Sauteed onions and garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil until brown. Boil cabbage until tender. Cool and drain cabbage completely. Combined cabbage , onions, garlic, parsley,eggs, salt, pepper and flour into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Heat remaining oil, form mixture into balls and fry. Turn when golden brown.
