Lentil pasta salad

Ingredients
60 grams Beets60 grams Peas, frozen 80 grams Spinach, fresh 2 2 oz barilla red lentil rotoni pasta 6 tbsp Hummus 2 tbs Lemon juice .25 cup Pine Nuts 1 Haas avocados
Directions
cook pasta, cool
roast pine nuts
add 1/4 beets, spinach, pasta and avocado to each container (when ready to eat as spinach will get wet and avocado will brown.
Mix hummus and lemon juice in a container, add 1/4 when ready to eat.
Top with 1/4 of roasted pine nuts.
