Chicken Crust Pizza w/ Bacon & Onion

1.0 tbsp Garlic powder1.0 tbsp Oregano, ground1.0 tsp Salt4-4oz boneless, skinless chicken breast1/4 c finely diced red onion1.0 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)1.5 oz Cheese, Mozzerella, Kraft part skim4.0 tbsp Bacon Bits (Hormel real bacon)0.5 cup di napoli classico traditional pizza sauce Pam Cooking Spray
Heat oven to 400°
Put pizza sauce in small sauce pan and simmer for 20 minutes (DO NOT skip this step)
Pound out a 4- 4oz chicken breast as thin as possible without it falling apart. Sprinkle chicken on both sides with Oregano, pepper, salt & garlic powder
In a baking dish spray a very light coating on bottom of dish
Lay chicken down flat cook in oven for 10 minutes
Pull chicken out after 10 minute
Spread simmered pizza sauce on 1 side of all the chicken , add red onion, a very small amount of mozzarella cheese and bacon bits (1T for each piece of chicken)
Throw back in oven for 20 minutes
Let sit for 5 minutes and enjoy!
Serve with your favorite vegetable or a salad
