Meringue cookies

Ingredients
2.0 large Egg white, fresh1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/4 tsp Cream Of Tartar1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 200. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Put egg whites, cream of tartar in bowl. With hand mixer beat on low speed until frothy. When frothy, increase speed and add brown sugar blend a little at a time until mixture forms stiff peaks and has a shine to it. Put dollops of meringue on parchment paper. Bake for 2 hours.
