Tofu Skillet Saute

14 oz Tofu, Extra Firm, Nasoya 340 gram Asparagus Spears, Frozen - 12 Spears (Trader Joes) (by LJTEA1) 16 oz Mushroom Sliced Baby Bella (by SHULER1968) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) 1 dash Salt 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
drain and dry the tofu, cut into cubes.
dice the onion.
saute the onion and mushrooms in the olive oil in a hot skillet.
when the onion begins to soften, add the frozen asparagus. (cut if you like).
after asparagus begins to soften, add tofu. Add remaining ingredients, cook until water is gone and tofu is lightly browned.
