Ingredients
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat 4 oz Cream Cheese Fat Free (Great Value) 4 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 0.5 cup Cheese, Kraft Finely Shredded Colby & Monterrey Jack (by BUN929) 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Onion powder 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
1. Preheat oven for 350 degrees
2. Microwave cream cheese for 10 seconds or until soft
3. In a large bowl, mix yogurt and cream cheese with a spatula until even.
4. Add in the remaining ingredients and continue to mix.
5. Spray a bread ban or small baking dish with non stick spray and transfer spinach mixture to dish
6. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted
